Making A Purchase Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit card payments via our secure encrypted link; your payment card details are NOT retained
If any item is not in stock, we will promptly contact you and advise a delivery date, If this is not acceptable payment will not be taken.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Sale Of Knives:
Red-Deer Outdoors Limited offers only knives suitable for legitimate country uses; knives are NOT fashion accessories, they should NOT be used for any purpose other than those for which they are specifically designed, knives should NOT be used as weapons or played with. Knives should NOT be carried in public or when not in use; at all times keep knives out of the reach of young and/or irresponsible people. Young people wishing to use knives or sharp tools should be inducted on an organised and properly supervised course - of which there are many – showing how to use and handle knives safely and responsibly.
In order to comply with the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 we need to confirm that customers are over 18 years of age when purchasing a knife, knife blade, accessories or any edged tools. Red Deer Outdoors Limited will contact you and we reserve the right to refuse to supply such items by mail order, telephone order or Internet sale to anyone who is unable to confirm their age or who we feel may not have a legitimate and lawful need or use for a knife.
We regret the need to have to ask any customer ordering a knife for hunting, stalking, bushcraft or any other perfectly legitimate country or outdoor use, to please accompany any on-line order with a simple email confirming your DoB.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can attempt to back order it for you; some of our suppliers are military contractors and so this service is not always possible.
We will always try to offer you an alternative however, you will in any case always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your products, we offer a 7 day no-quibble returns policy, provided items have not been used, marked or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging - also to be unmarked; items must be returned 'as new' and fit for reseale.
In the case of out-door clothing and especially footwear - items that have been used out-doors in any way will not be replaced and no refund is available. |
