Easy to use and carry, the pro-Shot Univeral Field Cleaning Kit comes with Swivel T-Handle and five 6.5" sections of rod. Simply add the correct sized jag and patches for you rifle/s and you have the perfect travel cleaning kit for your rifle or shot-gun.

The kit includes patch holders for .22 to .45 Cal. & All guages of Shotgun along with a Shotgun Adaptor.

The above equiment is in a handy, neat and re-useable plastic tube.

Because of a secret added step in the manufacturing process, Pro-Shot Cleaning Rods have a mirror-like jewelled finish that is incredibly dense and hard; this process is further burnished and then micro polished to an even smoother finish.

Because of this super-smooth finish the rods do not pick up and carry abrasive grit or dirt into the rifle bore. Pro-Shot claim that this renders the micro polished Po-Shot rods the best type of gun cleaning rod available today.

Micro polished, hardened stainless steel rods feel flexible and lithe but are in fact extremely strong and will last for many years unlike coated or aluminium rods; Micro polished hardened stainless steel will take the harsh chemical action of the new bore solvents and not deteriorate in any way - and because they are not coated, you don’t end up with nylon coating in your action or bore. ).

(Many shooters erroneously feel they need to use a coated rod as this will not damage the rifling or barrel, however when a correctly sized Pro-Shot rod is used in conjunction with a Pro-Shot bore guide, no cleaning-rod flexing takes place, no damage will be caused.

Rugged precision threading for no wobble attachment of rod tip accessories. No adaptor is needed when using the correct Pro-Shot attachments and they do not get out of line with the rod, as can happen when an adaptor is required.

Pro-Shot rods are threaded #8-32 (.17/.20 #5-40).

Bore Guides should be usedwhen cleaning a Bolt Action Rifle. Bore Guides protect the bore throat and keep cleaning solvent from getting into the trigger mechanism. Our Bore Guides are made from aircraft grade anodized aluminum, even the sleeve. The Stopper bore guides are mfg.with delrin tips and ends. The sleeve pin is made of brass. All other Pro-Shot bore guides are mfg. using delrin. Delrin is a chemical resistant material that will stand up to continual use. Available in the actions listed in the chart.
