Sale Of Knives:

Knives are very much the "tools" of our trade, they are an integral part of our peaceful and lawful activities; we roundly condemn the misuse of knives as 'weapons' in any situation - no excuses.

If you are unsure about how to use a knife or want expert training in the safe use of and handling of knives, please just ask us or come along on one of our courses where safety and good practice are paramount.

In order to comply with the "Offensive Weapons Act 1996" it is our policy to ask customers to confirm that they are over 18 years of age (this exceeds the acts requirements) when purchasing a knife, knife blade, accessories or any edged tools. (Please don't be offended if we call or email you and ask for proof of age/identity - this is done to protect you and our legitimate outdoor pass-times); Red Deer Outdoors Limited is unable to supply such items by mail order, via Internet, telephone or direct sale to anyone who cannot confirm their age beyond any reasonable doubt; we reserve the right to refuse the sale of any knife or sharp edged tool to any person/s who we feel may misuse them in any way or allow access to them to anyone who may.
